1. Products. We sell fragrance decants repackaged from authentic, retail-purchased bottles. We are not affiliated with the original fragrance brands referenced. Product descriptions, including scent notes, are provided for reference; actual scent perception can vary by individual.

2. Eligibility. You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this Site.

3. Orders & Pricing. All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If we cancel an order, you will receive a full refund.

4. Payment. Payment is processed securely through our third-party payment providers at the time of order.

5. Shipping. See our Shipping Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

7. Intended Use. Products are sold for personal fragrance use only and are not intended for resale, repackaging, or commercial use by the buyer unless separately agreed in writing.

8. Intellectual Property. All Site content is owned by Sillage Factory or licensed to us and may not be copied or reused without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Sillage Factory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our products or Site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the applicable order.

10. Allergies & Sensitivities. Fragrance products may cause skin irritation or allergic reactions in sensitive individuals. We recommend a patch test before full use. Use at your own risk.

11. Governing Law. These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA.

12. Changes to These Terms. We may revise these Terms at any time; continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
